To reset your password:
- From the Educator Center or Age of Learning Sign-On Option.
- Click on forgot password.
- Enter the email address. (Often your school/organization email address.)
- Select Request Password Reset.
- Click on the link that will be sent to your email inbox.
Note: This will update your password for all products that you are licensed.
If 15 minutes have passed and you’re not able to find the password reset email, please check your junk and spam folders. Some organizations apply strong filters to emails from outside of the organization, and it’s possible the invitation was sent to these folders instead.
