How do I uninstall or reinstall the My Math Academy, My Reading Academy, or ABCmouse app?

Uninstalling and reinstalling apps often solves stability issues. This process also has the added benefit of installing the latest version of the app onto your device.

To get started, choose from the list of device types below.

• Android
• iOS
• Fire Tablet
• Desktop/Laptop

Android

1. Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > All > ABCmouse/My Math Academy/My Reading Academy.
2. Press Uninstall.
3. Turn off your device for one minute.
4. Turn the device back on.
5. Navigate to the Google Play Store to search for the app and install.

iOS

1. From your Home screen, tap and hold the app icon.
2. Select Remove App from the menu options that appear. 
3. Turn off your device for one minute.
4. Power on your device and navigate to the App Store to search for the app and install.

Fire Tablet

1. Go to More > Applications > Installed Applications.
2. Select ABCmouse/My Math Academy/My Reading Academy.
3. Select Uninstall.
4. Turn off your device for one minute.
5. Power on your device and navigate to the Kindle Apps Store to search for the app and install.

Desktop/Laptop
