How do I uninstall or reinstall the ABCmouse app?

Uninstalling and reinstalling the ABCmouse app often solves app stability issues. This process also has the added benefit of installing the latest version of ABCmouse onto your device.

To get started, choose from the list of device types below.

• Android
• iOS
• Fire Tablet

Android

1. Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > All > ABCmouse.
2. Press Uninstall.
3. Turn off your device for one minute.
4. Turn the device back on.
5. Navigate to the Google Play Store to search for and install ABCmouse. 

iOS

1. From your Home screen, tap and hold the ABCmouse app.
2. Select Remove App from the menu options that appear. 
3. Turn off your device for one minute.
4. Power on your device and navigate to the App Store to search for and install ABCmouse.

Fire Tablet

1. Go to More > Applications > Installed Applications.
2. Select ABCmouse.
3. Select Uninstall.
4. Turn off your device for one minute.
5. Power on your device and navigate to the Kindle Apps Store to search for and install ABCmouse.
