Power-cycling your device is an efficient way to refresh your connection and restart an app for those with access to the devices providing Internet access. For any devices connected through a school network, we recommend contacting your school’s IT administrator to assist, as some of the connection equipment may not be available to you in your classroom.
To perform a power cycle, follow these steps:
- Power off the device.
- If you have access to the modem and router providing Internet access, turn them off and then back on. Skip this step if you’re using cellular data on a mobile device.
- Wait approximately five minutes, then power back up your modem and router, and reload the website again.
