How can I prevent my students from using another student's profile in ABCmouse?

Teachers can create image passcodes to prevent students from inadvertently accessing other users' accounts.

See the steps below on how to create passcodes:

1. Log in to https://www.abcmouse.com/globalschools.
2. Click Student Settings under Classroom Tools.
3. Enable the Passcode setting and select a passcode length
   • Passcode length can range from 2-4 characters.
4. Click Generate.
5. The system will create a default passcode for each student that can be printed and handed out.

You can edit an individual student’s passcode by clicking the pencil icon under the Edit column and selecting Reset under their current passcode. 

You can also reset the passcode for the entire class by clicking Generate at the top of the class roster.
