If you’re having trouble logging in to My Math Academy, it could be an issue with one of the following:
Invalid Login Credentials
If you receive the error message Invalid Username or Password when you try to log in, it means the email address and/or password you entered is incorrect. Below is information on recovering your account.
Note: Your Educator Center and My Math Academy credentials are the same. Changing your password for My Math Academy will require changing the password to the Educator Center.
Password
If you forgot your password, you can reset it. An email from Age of Learning should arrive in the inbox of the email account associated with the Educator Center, which is typically your organization email address.
If you do not see the email after 15 minutes, check your junk/spam folders. If you don’t see the email, please check whether the email was sent to another email account.
If you still don’t see the email, please contact us.
Email Address
If you’re not sure which email address is associated with your account, please contact us.
When filling out the contact form, please provide details that will help us locate the email associated with your account, like the name of your school/organization.
Account Status
In some cases, it’s possible your account is not yet active and/or you do not yet have a product license assigned to you by an administrator. As a next step, reach out to your school’s administrator to confirm you have a Schools account and that you have an active product license.

Try these:
- Close and restart My Math Academy.
- Check the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS) for updates.
- Remove and reinstall the app.
