If your roster upload wasn’t successful, you can easily try again. Simply address any errors that were reported in your original file and then click Re-upload Roster to try again.
Note: If your roster failed to upload, you do not need to delete it from your account. This is because the validation process acts as a check on the file before uploading it to the system. When uploading the roster, it first validates the roster to make sure the required data are available and in the correct format. If the data is missing or not in the right format, the roster will not upload to our system.
