When rostering with a spreadsheet, some information is required and some information is optional but recommended.
Refer to the column headers in your template for a clear view of all required fields. You may need to modify the column width to be able to read the entire cell.
Required information is necessary to add a new roster entry.
- Column B: School Name
- Column D: Class Name
- Column I: Teacher Email
- Column L: Student First Name
- Column O: Student Grade
Optional information isn’t required but is highly useful, especially for sending product invitations and determining a student’s grade level for in-game use.
- Column A: School Id
- Column C: Class Id
- Column E: Teacher Id
- Column G: Teacher Last Name
- Column H: Teacher Preferred Communication
- Column J: Teacher Phone w/ country code
- Column K: Student Id
- Column M: Student Last Name
- Column N: Student Gender
