I added a student to the roster in the Admin Portal, but they aren't appearing in the Age of Learning app. What do I do?

In most cases, when a student was added to a roster but does not appear in an Age of Learning product, like My Math Academy, it is because they weren’t assigned a product license.

Rostering students does not automatically provide students with access to an Age of Learning product. To provide access, you will need to assign a license to your students.
