What do the different roster template field names mean?

Region ID/District ID

Region Name or District Name

Depending on your organization’s setup and your permissions, you may be required to enter a region or district name.

School ID

School Name

This is the official name of your school(s) and will appear as entered in the administrator portal.

Class ID

Class Name

This can be the teacher’s last name, room number, or other class identifier. This should be unique across teachers within the same school. This will appear in the Teacher Portal as well as your Age of Learning products.

The teacher email must be unique and cannot be used by another administrator or teacher account. This will be the username used to log in to the Teacher Portal and any Age of Learning products.

If the teacher prefers, the teacher phone number can be used when sending messages through the Age of Learning Management System. Note, phone numbers must include country code.

This, combined with Birth Year, is used to place the student in the appropriate pretest level in some Age of Learning products. Please only use numbers to represent the month, such as “5” for May.
