These standards-based supplemental solutions are designed to improve learning outcomes for Pre-K through 5th grade students.
Important Note: Your Free Teacher Account offers you and your students unlimited access to our programs in school and at home (after families activate their free accounts), in addition to account management and tracking (usage and progress) from our Educator Center. But your free account has some limitations and differences compared to our full, paid District- and School-level account. Below are what should be the most helpful articles that apply to your Free Teacher Account (other resources in our Help Center may not be appropriate), along with a brief FAQ to answer other questions you may have.

How many students can be on my Free Teacher Account?
Our Free Teacher program allows up to 35 students to use our programs: My Math Academy, My Reading Academy, and My Reading Academy Español.

Can I get more licenses if I have more than 35 students?
If you have more than 35 students, you can reach out to our Customer Care team.
- Can I use Clever or ClassLink to roster and log in?
No, Free Teacher Accounts can only roster manually from the Educator Center or by uploading a CSV spreadsheet. Clever and ClassLink SSOs and other rostering methods are only available to paid school accounts. -
Can I assign skills or standard to students to work on in the programs?
No, Free Teacher Accounts do not have this feature. However, this feature will be available when upgrading to the full, paid version.
- Can students share devices?
Yes, students can share devices, but it’s important for each child to log out after every session. This ensures the program accurately tracks their individual progress and adapts to their learning needs without interference. - Can multiple teachers access the Educator Center for the same class? No, Free Teacher Accounts to not have this feature, but it is available after upgrading to the paid version.
- What is my Username?
Your school email address is considered your Username and that's what you will use to log in to all Age of Learning platforms. - Are there different logins for the different programs?
No, all licensed programs will be available to you and your students after you log in from the Program Log-In page at https://login.ageoflearning.com/. Once you log in there (and students choose their picture passcode), you can click on whatever program you want to use. There are not log-ins for each individual program. - What are student picture passcodes?
When students go to the Class Login page and click on their name for the first time, they will be asked to choose a passcode icon like an apple, airplane, banana, hat, moon, elephant, etc.). Whenever they return to this page, they will need to click on that picture passcode to access their account. If they forget what their passcode is, you can check in the Educator Center. Click Accounts > Manage > Students, then click on the Student's name. Scroll down to the product section. You should see the picture passcode icon listed there and a link to Reset it if the student can remember another one easier. - What do I do if my students forget their passcodes?
