Once they are rostered and sent invitations by their top-level Administrators, Teachers and other Admins will receive an account set-up email from the Age of Learning Management System. Follow the simple steps to set up an account that will give you access to the Educator Center and all the Age of Learning programs that your organization licenses.

Activate Your Age of Learning Account
- Check your school email inbox for your account set-up email from Age of Learning with the Subject line Set up your account.
- Click either of the activation links in your email.
- Create a password for your Age of Learning account (you will use this for the Educator Center as well as all program logins).
- You have successfully activated your Age of Learning account. You should now log in to the Educator Center with your email and password before you log in to any other programs.
Can't Find Your Activation Email?
If you did not receive your email, look in your Junk, Spam or Promotions folders. Some organizations apply strong filters to emails from outside the organization, and it’s possible the invitation was sent to these folders instead. If you use more than one email address you may also want to check the other(s).
Was the Activation Link Expired?
The activation link is good for seven days. If your link has expired, simply click the "here" link (identified by the red arrow below) at the end of the email, and then enter your email address to request a new activation email.
Need a new activation email?
As long as you have been rostered and your email address is in our system, you can get a new email with a link to activate your Age of Learning account from our Password Reset page. Go to https://educate.aofl.com/password/request/ and enter your school email address.
You’ll receive another set-up email from Age of Learning. Click the link and then choose a new password to use to log in to your Age of Learning account, along with your school email address.
Is your email not in the system?
If your email was not added to our system, contact your organization's System Technology Administrator.
Is the activation code not working?
- If you receive the error message " The code you entered is not valid", click the Request it here link in the bottom-right corner to request a new code.
- The activation code will automatically be entered directly from your email.
Is your email address already being used by an existing account?
An email address can only be used for one account type at a time. Users with existing accounts, such as home subscriptions or teacher accounts, may be presented with this prompt to resolve the email conflict. Click here to learn more.
