Parents and Caregivers have easy access to usage and progress tracking information for their child on their Caregiver Center’s Dashboards Here’s a quick overview:
- Log in to your Caregiver Center at https://educate.aofl.com/ with your email address and password.
-
By default, the first page you will see is a Dashboard page for My Math Academy. Click the other tabs if you want to switch to see Usage and Progress data for My Reading Academy or My Reading Academy Español.
The top section of the Caregiver Center Dashboard shows usage for the current week and shows whether your child is Not On Track, On Track, or has Met Goal of 60-minutes of usage for Math and 45-minute goal for Reading. You will notice that the usage tracker bar is divided into 15-minute segments (see the arrows in the screenshot below), which correspond to daily usage goals. So parents can quickly look and see whether their child has completed the day's work from home.
- The next section of the Dashboard shows Skills in Progress for your child. The specific skills are described, along with descriptions of the games that teach the skill, why the skill is important, and in many cases tips for How to support your child’s development of the skill at home, with details for offline activities.
- The final section of the Dashboard is Overall Progress, which highlights how many Skills your child has completed for the year and shows your chid’s status on skills over multiple grade levels. Click in to the list of grades for details on the specific skills and to see whether your child has Previously Learned them, is In Progress with them, has Completed them, or they are Future Skills that haven't been covered yet.
