Additional Notes
In addition to the minimum system requirements listed above, we do not officially support touchscreen Windows devices. This includes:
- Touchscreen laptops
- Touchscreen desktops
- 2-in-1 laptop tablet combo devices
- Windows tablet devices
While these devices are capable of running ABCmouse, they may encounter various technical issues we are unable to resolve at the moment. If you are using a Windows touchscreen device and encounter an issue with the touchscreen component, you might want to try to use a mouse and/ or trackpad instead.
