Our Usage Dashboards make it simple for Teachers and Administrators to find program usage data for their students. We’ll show you how to get started and how to find and understand the valuable information offered on key metrics that will assist you in understanding your students’ usage.
Note: All Dashboard data is reset for the new school year. The exact date that that happens is based on the Academic Term set by your top-level Administrator.
Usage Dashboard
- Log in to your Educator Center account with your email address and password.
- Click Dashboards at the top of your screen and select Usage.
-
My Math Academy data is shown by default. If you need data for My Reading Academy or My Reading Academy Español, click the program drop-down in the upper-left side of the screen to switch to the one you need.
- The default Usage Dashboard timeframe is for This Week (you’ll see that tab highlighted blue). Teachers can scroll down to see how their students are doing for the current week. By default, Admins will be presented with a higher-level view, either of districts, schools, or classes and will need to click into those links to drill down to student data.
- To see more data on student usage, click the By Week or By Month tabs.
- On the By Week view of the Usage Dashboard, the Learning Time section at the top shows you seven weeks of average class usage data with your 60 minute usage goal marked. Usage is color-coded to show usage At School, After School, and At Home. You can click the back arrow/carat < to look back to earlier weeks. Lower on the Dashboard you will see usage graphs for each student in the class by week. Click the back arrow/carat < to look back to earlier weeks.
- On either the By Week or By Month view, you can click the icon to the left of a student’s name to see a pop-up with the minutes for the student over previous weeks or months (depending on which view you choose). These graphs are color-coded to show you how the student’s usage compares with the 60 minute weekly or 240 minute monthly goal.
