Important: Rostering is managed by site Administrators. Please speak to your site Administrator if you did not receive an Age of Learning account set-up email. Here are some other steps you can take if you didn't get your activation email.
☑ Help Students Log in from Your Classroom
Teachers use their credentials to log in to access the Age or Learning programs that they are licensed for (My Math Academy, My Reading Academy, or My Reading Academy Español) from https://login.ageoflearning.com/. There should be a web shortcut linking to that login page on student devices. Note: New teachers may not log students into the program until after they activate their accounts and sign into the Educator Center.
Your Classroom Log-in Options:
- Students can manually log in to our programs from your classroom.
- Students can log in via Clever or ClassLink.
- Students can log in using an Age of Learning QR code.
- You can print QR codes to facilitate classroom logins.

☑ Prepare for Placement
When your students start playing the learning activities on our programs for the first time each year, they are actually taking a brief Placement Test that starts with the prior grade’s skills. These Placement Tests will accomplish three things:
- Generate a Placement Report (after 24 hours) so that you can see a back-to-school snapshot of their skills.
- Serve as starting point to measure skills growth on Progress Dashboards and reports throughout the school year.
- Personalize the starting point for each student so that initial activities presented will target areas of need and growth opportunities while ensuring that activities are not too challenging. Placement does err on the side of an easier starting place because stronger students can quickly demonstrate their skills and accelerate their advancement and others will not experience an initial sense of failure.

☑ View Student Progress
Log into the Educator Center to monitor your students’ progress, view actionable data, and access offline resources. To learn more about accessing usage and progress data via our dashboards:
- Review the articles in the Dashboard section of our Help Center.
- Access Educator U. and enroll in our helpful professional development training courses. Click Resources in the Educator Center, then Professional Learning.
☑ Invite Families to the Caregiver Center
Students who also use our programs at home are typically more successful. So, we recommend that you send Parents and Caregivers invitations that contain free at-home access codes. Once the caregivers activate their account, students can accelerate their learning at home and caregivers can review student progress and usage. The following PDFs can be very helpful to get families engaged in learning at home.
