In some cases, you may want other Administrators (or even Teachers) to assign licenses to students. This is common when other Administrators are also rostering students. You will first need to distribute licenses to the Administrator or Teacher so they can assign them to students.
Distribute Licenses
- Log in to your Educator Center account.
- Click Accounts at the top of your screen.
- Click Licenses.
- Select Management.
- In the Product column, click one of the Age of Learning programs.
-
On the Product Information section, you'll need to click the Give to Lower Levels button.
- On the Give Available Licenses screen, use the drop-down arrow to select the level of your organization (e.g., a School, Class) to which you’d like to distribute licenses. If you distribute to a School, admins at that School will be able to assign the licenses. If you distribute to a Class, the Teacher of the Class will be able to assign the licenses.
- Enter the number of licenses you would like to distribute from the total available.
- Click Done.
At this point, Administrators and/or Teachers with the appropriate permissions can assign licenses to students.
Note: Distributing licenses to Teachers or other Admins is not assigning licenses to them. Neither Teachers nor Admins get licenses assigned to them. Teachers can access any program that any student in their class has a license for. Admins do not get program access and can only log in to the Educator Center, not My Math Academy or My Reading Academy, for example.
