Archived records remain accessible and display the date they were archived. You will find them in the Archived sections of School, Teacher, Classes, and Students pages.
Selecting an individual record from these Archived lists will provide full roster details, which can be used to restore the information if you would like to change their status to Active in the future.
Note: You must restore each Archived School, Teacher, Class, or Student individually; there is no bulk action for that process. Also, we recommend that you refresh your browser after you restore any Archived user so you can see the change to Active, and make sure restored Students have been assigned a Class and the proper licenses.
