Archived records remain accessible and display the date they were archived. You will find them in the Archived sections of School, Teacher, Classes, and Students pages.
Selecting an individual record from these Archived lists will provide full roster details, which can be used to restore the information in the future.
Restore Archived School
- Log in to your Educator Center account.
- Click Accounts at the top of your screen.
- Click Manage.
- Click Schools.
- Click Archived School.
- Click the name you want to view.
- Click Restore School.
- Click Restore School again to confirm.
Restore Archived Teachers
- Log in to your Educator Center account.
- Click Accounts at the top of your screen.
- Click Manage.
- Click Teachers.
- Click Archived Teachers.
- Click the name you want to view.
- Click Restore School.
- Use the drop-down menu to Select School.
- Use the drop-down menu to Select Class.
- Click Restore Teacher again to confirm.
Restore Classes
- Log in to your Educator Center account.
- Click Accounts at the top of your screen.
- Click Manage.
- Click Classes.
- Click Archived Classes.
- Click the name you want to view.
- Click Restore Class.
- Use the drop-down menu to Select School.
- Click Restore Class again to confirm.
Restore Students
- Log in to your Educator Center account.
- Click Accounts at the top of your screen.
- Click Manage.
- Click Students.
- Click Archived Students.
- Click the name you want to view.
- Click Restore Student.
- Use the drop-down menu to Select School.
- Use the drop-down menu to Select Class.
- Click Restore Student again to confirm.
