In order to enable student access to their Age of Learning products throughout the summer, it is important to keep your roster accurate and up to date in the Educator Center.
In most cases, we recommend pausing your roster so students who were active in our programs during the 2022-2023 school year, can continue learning through the summer. Pausing your roster maintains your current data while you are free to begin updates in preparation for the new school year. Once the pause period ends, syncs will resume and the Educator Center roster will reflect all new updates.
If there are students who were not previously active but would like to begin using any products over the summer - you may also update your roster to include them. Our goal is to ensure any students who would like to continue learning through the summer remain active in your roster.
