Does this migration impact me and my school/district?
If your students currently use My Math Academy, you will need to migrate to the new web-based version of My Math Academy. Your Customer Success Manager will seamlessly guide you through this process during the onboarding phase.
When will we need to migrate?
You will need to migrate to the web-based version in time for the back-to-school Fall of 2023. This date will be different for each school or district and will be selected by your rostering or tech lead. When you choose your migration date, please factor in time to update your rosters, licensing, classes, etc.
What do I do if I use Clever or ClassLink?
You will not need to do anything aside from ensuring your roster data is shared and updated ahead of the new school year and unfreeze your data sharing.
What if I have a specific date required for the migration?
Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager to discuss your needs. We are happy to work with you to migrate when it works best for your school or district. You can always reach out to our support team for additional information or to have specific questions answered.
How does this impact My Reading Academy?
My Reading Academy will not require migration. However, you will need to begin using the browser-based version of My Reading Academy after your My Math Academy migration date.
Will the web-based version work for all devices?
My Math Academy works on most devices! We recommend using our system compatibility checker and viewing our technical requirements page for more information.
What do I need to do if I am migrating to the web-based version of My Math Academy and My Reading Academy?
You will only need to white-list our websites, communicate the new login URL to educators, and plan for how the new login URL may be saved on each device.
What do I do after I receive confirmation of my school or districts migration?
After your migration date and confirmation of your migration has been received, you will proceed with your regular Roster Management and Product Licensing.
Will educators use the same login information as the previous year?
