If an administrator would like to restore a user's account, they can easily do so through the Educator Center. Once a record is restored, the user will maintain any product usage, as well as their previous redemption status.
For example, a student who completed the pretest in My Math Academy and redeemed home access will not need to redeem their code once they have been restored and will be in the same adaptivity state as before.
