If you’re having trouble logging in to My Math Academy or My Reading Academy, it could be an issue with one of the following:
Invalid Login Credentials
If you receive the error message Invalid Username or Password when you try to log in, it means the email address and/or password you entered is incorrect.
Note: Your Educator Center, My Math Academy, and My Reading Academy credentials are the same.
Password
If you forgot your password, you can reset it. An email from Age of Learning should arrive in the inbox of the email account associated with the Educator Center.
If you do not see the email after 15 minutes, check your junk/spam folders. If you don’t see the email, please check whether the email was sent to another email account that could be associated with the Educator Center.

Account Status
Our programs does not support multiple teachers to be assigned to one single class.
We do not recommend this because the licenses for teachers are distributed based on the licenses given to students. If there are multiple teachers, the distribution of licenses will cause confusion on the appropriate log-in credentials for the apps, such as My Math Academy.
In some cases, it’s possible that you were not given a license for that product. We reccomend reaching out to your school administrator to verify the classroom roster.
Other Errors and Loading Issues
If you’re unable to move past the login screen because of technical issues, like an unresponsive page or general error message, try these basic troubleshooting steps:
- Close and restart My Math Academy or My Reading Academy.
- Check the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS) for any app updates.
- Remove and reinstall the app.
If you are still having issues logging into the product, please contact Customer Care, so that we investigate into the issue further.
